Aug. 14 Yellowstone

Yesterday Jason "The new guy" Denny and I floated the Yellowstone in search of Hopper eating trout. The dirty water has moved down river leaving a nice clean and green river for trout to clearly see it's non-aquatic pray. Early in the day we found good numbers of fish feeding on the surface but had to go deep later in the day to find hungry trout. Iron Sallies and Bow river Buggers were the food of choice for both trout and our little silver Friend, Mr. White Fish.
